"I would give 4-5 if the tv wasnt worst setup i havw ever seen. The tv is locked out meaning you cannot connect anything to the tv hdmi for streaming or anything. The remote they gave hardly worked. The chanels were weird. They had like 5 movies for rent that i never heard of. I gor the kimg suite you would thing there would be a tv you could use in it. Otherwise beautiful room"

"Lyft to the place from JFK is not cheap at $80;for ten miles. $46 plus tax charged as Amenity Fee on departure, in the winter, when no beach equipment is available or usable, nor any biking is agreeable. I could only enjoy a standard glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a small drip coffee on departure for that amount, abusive. Otherwise the room is nice, with a balcony and mince red skies when the sun rises. Steps away from the ferry to Wall Street, charged $4.5. Do not go there to sleep...

"Sharon and one of her staff (whose name I don't recall) were absolutely excellent!!! They couldn't have been more helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember the other girl's name but when I couldn't get a cab to come and didn't have UBER, she helped get me a taxi. They both went really out of their way. I don't usually comment on staff, but their care was really really exceptional!!"

"Room was 1 floor above ground level right next to a Terminal entrance. Car horns all night long along with Police Sirens and the Police yelling at the driver's of the cars picking up or dropping off at the terminal. Absolutely no sleep. For the money charged for 1 night's stay, Absolutely worthless."
