"Very unique and beautiful hotel. The only thing that let the staff down was their demeanour- I didn't meet a friendly staff member during my time there. Found it odd that you couldn't get towels at the spa, so we ran short of towels in our room. Good distance to centre of town. Large hill to be mindful of hard if walking. Car park is tiny and very difficult to get in and out of. But seriously stunning hotel. Breakfast looked amazing, a real orange juice machine, the cold foods had dry...

"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. "It was a short two-day getaway. Everything was perfect – a modern, clean hotel with an interesting concept. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. A very good spa with two saunas, a jacuzzi, infrared therapy, and an LED-lit pool. Large parking areas in front and behind the hotel. A very rich breakfast. We had a great time at this hotel."

We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service. "
