"Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine. "

"We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. "The property was beautiful and very close to the happenings in town. There were some challenging parking issues the first day but they were fixed by morning (we had to find local parking and pay in coins because the valet wasn’t an option). The hotel breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to the marina and the center of town but quite far from the cable car to Erice. But the hotel called a taxi and we made it to the cable car with no problem. Erice was a must do! Also the hotel booked us...
