"The location was perfect - 2 mins from the beach, opposite the taxi rank and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Good pool area with plenty of seating and access to bar with snacks. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Overall a really nice place to stay but a few odd and small gripes: only 2 teabags are provided for the entire stay and no milk or teaspoons; you cannot self serve water at breakfast - the server was quite aggressive...

"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. "Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."
