"The hotel was good but there was nothing in the fridge for beverage and we need to ask for extra pillows and blankets. The room looked not ready to accommodate guests. "

"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."
