"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "This is a magnificent property and the owners and their team are doing everything they can to please you. We were 2 couple for 3 nights and had an extremely pleasant stay. "We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."

"Great location for exploring stea. Only 15 to 20 min to either st tropez or pamelonne beach or even nicer beaches on the other side of peninsula. I loved Cogolin itself, just walking out of hotel for morning coffee or wine on little main square. It is a town that lives by itself apart tourists. Very French:)"
