"The house was perfect. It was very spacious with multiple areas to relax in sun or shade at any time of day. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and even cleaned during our stay. We spent many days relaxing at the house but also went to the Gorge for canyoning, paddleboarding, canyoning, kayaking, e-biking (a must do along the left side of the Gorge!) and swimming. "Michel and Jeanine are super hosts and very welcoming. The outdoor area is excellent with well maintained heated medium sized swimming pool. All the important things like very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning wi.fi and outdoor seating and shade were provided. The location is private and terrific for seeing the region. We would love to return one day."

"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area. "We enjoyed our vacation at the property. Everything was as expected and the location, amenities, and cleanliness was top notch. There is some room for improvement with the quality of the mattresses as we found them uncomfortable. A later checkout time would be beneficial to request if/when possible."
