"Carpark had fast food packaging strewn across it for the two nights we were there, and the stairs had muddy footprints all the way up too. Cleaners seemed not to notice, or just didnt have time to clean these areas up. Otherwise, stay was fine."

"Charming hotel with welcoming and friendly team. Our welcome was first class despite the team prepping for a 79th birthday party abd the room for 50 people looked lovely. We were upgraded to an executive room. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Spaulding tiwn centre"

"Lovely place! Lovely people running it, busy road so road noise a little unavoidable. Would go back "

"Very friendly hosts, help was there if you needed any, the room was very clean and well presented, We had a television, we had tea, coffee sugar, milk, biscuits, a sanitised toilet, an onsuite shower. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely choosing the same Guest house next year "

"Great location for a quiet, peaceful sleep. Local pub within walking distance, a torch is requird of late. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, cereal, yogurt, cooked breakfast, toast etc."
