"Very quiet and low lit area - perfect for stargazing. No WiFi so the kids stayed off their devices and enjoyed watching the chickens roam around freely. My little boy even got to help feed some which he thought was brilliant. Mary and her husband are top class hosts! Would definitely recomendthis place to anyone who wants a quiet rural getaway. "

"We loved the outside. The manager allowed us to have a paddling pool on the grass which our granddaughter loved and had so much fun with all the space in the garden and house. The males in the family lived the table tennis and badminton. House very well equipped."

"We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we needed. Good location with easy parking. The owner was there on arrival and showed us around, which was very helpful! The only thing which wasn't clear on the listing (I also looked on other sites) was that the garden is not fully fenced and with a river at the bottom of the garden, children would need to be supervised at all times. I would recommend this place. The hot tub was great!"

"The barn was well equipped, in a beautiful setting. Whole experience was very chilled. Enclosed patio with garden, fire pit was amazing. Eggs from the hens were so tasty. Hosts were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us."

"Great little cottage in quiet locality, I'd say it's uber comfortable for 5 adults ( pull out bed for 6th isn't really usable other than snaffling the mattress & using in lounge... as we did). Cottage well equipped & everything clean. Local town great with nice pubs, co-op, chip shop. Short drive to great beaches. Lovely stay."

"Arrived at 4pm the accommodation had not been prepared. we had to contact the agent to get the cleaners in ,also put the bedlinen and towels out. The accommodation suited our needs well, creaking floor boards on the landing just like a haunted house."

"Just come back from a wonderful break. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic for exploring Lincolnshire, we enjoyed days out at tattershall water park, jubilee park, hired bikes and rode to Horncastle on the spa trail and the beach at Anderby Creek was really nice. Such a peaceful spot to enjoy in the evenings, watching the sunset and enjoying the hot tub. Our dog enjoyed his time exploring the large garden and woodland. Hosts Andrew and...
