Our “nit” this time is that upon arrival they checked us in to an inferior room (small, dark, broken shower, no robes). And while they switched us the next day, it was a hassle and they did not offer compensation for that first night (out of 4). "This hotel is so clean and comfortable, the rooms are well equipped, beds large, spotless and have good linens. Very friendly personal, they also allowed us to check-in ahead of time, which was a great help. Breakfast and restaurant service excellent. The tram runs a few meters from the hotel. Thank you, it was a great stay."
