"Everything about this hotel was great, except for the temp control. We visited Rome in February and could not cool the room down well, we had to open the windows, which was then louder at night. While the room controls were supposed to support air conditioning, we couldn't get the system to move to cool. Great breakfast buffet in the morning, and located a few blocks from Termini, making it easy to get in/out of Rome."

"Overall Clean hotel decent sized room, staff friendly and helpful. It was about 30min walk to the attractions of central rome (trevi, pantheon), probably 20mins to colosseum. On the last day though, asked for a taxi to airport to be called (as we had done on occasions before) and they tried to sting us with a private service for twice the price. I ended up using the service but got them to lower the price and driver was super friendly and charismatic too. "
