"The property is old but its well maintained the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains are amazing. The food in the Bistro is delicious with generous portions. The bistro has a play area for the children. I would stay with them again if i go to Melbourne."

"We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms for a one night stay which was clean, modern, comfortable quiet and contained the basic items. Good clothes hanging area and place for luggage. The bathroom was modern, well sized with good pressure hot shower. We chose not to park on site ($25) which was ok as we left before restrictions started at 8am. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with enthusiasm. We didn't have time for the breakfast buffet which seemed standard and looked fresh, we had...

"The staff were amazing, however the hotel was not as close as we had hoped to the Carribean park festival grounds. You wouldn’t want to walk it, put it that way. The hotel rooms are lovely, super clean, well equipped and the filtered water on our level was great, we wished there had been an ice machine as going down to reception for ice got a bit tedious. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not - we even had our pillows swapped by the lovely staff for memory foam but even those were too flat....
