"At check in i asked the very helpful,friendly efficienct lady if a i could have a room next to my mate. No problem she also upgaded my room and early check in at no extra cost. With this service,location and a good price my son and i will be back when staying in Melbourne. Just a very simple greeting and giving a little extra help from the lovely lady is great customer service. A big Five Stars."

"Great hotel, beautifully maintained. Wonderful dining and short walk to airport - plus very good value for Melbourne. Room is top quality, only downside was the bed. Very small (double) for 2 adults - and felt like a trampoline when the other person moved. Otherwise, all great"
