"Lovely hotel, great staff, good facilities, wish we had booked an afternoon tea as it looked amazing! Beds comfy, rooms decent, breakfast luke warm if you arrived after 9am, plenty of Choice. The only disappointing fact which was no fault of the hotel, was the neighbouring rooms waking us up at 6am and being able to hear every conversation, and even when they used the bathroom - could def use soundproofing. Other than that, would happily book again. "

Breakfast was extra but very good value for both continental and cooked choices. Did have an issue with electrics in the room but there is only so much staff can do until electrician can call. "Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at The Nici. Staff are wonderful, food and drinks super tasty and we would definitely return. The icing on the cake for us was how dog friendly the hotel is. We watched the hotel Christmas decorations going up yesterday so it looks even more magnificent - tempted to make another trip leading up to the festive celebrations. Great hotel! "

Great breakfast included. Hotel has a parking lot, additional cost of 7.50 GBP daily. Worth it if you have a car. About 20 minute drive to Stonehenge. Great place!"

"Not explained that access was via outside balcony door, and with 2 keys only 1 worked on 1 door. Inside, found another locked door, so thought 2nd key was to a central corridor, perhaps? Neither of the 2 keys worked. Again, had not been explained that door was to an adjoining room, no key provided because we had not booked the adjoining room. Room otherwise comfortable, although positioning of TV not ideal for viewing from LHS of bed. Map provided useful, although did not highlight access to...
