The restaurant did face the beautiful Douro River and had tremendous views. The rooms were nice but not special. "

"I want to point out that the only thing positive in our stay was the sympathy of the staff, all the other areas didn't go well. First of all, they gave us an accessible room that was not shown in the photos, whenever I went to the bathroom it looked like I was in a hospital. The floor had stains all over the carpet and the AC didn't work. Don't recommend it. "
