"Don’t really have a good experience in this hotel. For the following reasons. First, hard to find the hotel parking. This hotel is sharing the parking space with the shopping centre and doesn’t have a significant sign to show the way to hotel. And then the cleanliness in the room is like a nightmare, toilet seat have unknown stains and the dust in covering the basin. Won’t go back again. "

"Arguably the best ever hotel I have ever stayed in China. The room is spacious and clean. Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. "I’ve stayed here many times, but something has changed with their wifi access. It’s set up to take your cell number and send an access code by text. Unfortunately, the system only accepts Chinese cell phone numbers. I tried explaining this to the desk manager, but it wasn’t being understood. If you stay here, be prepared to have someone come to your room with their Chinese cell phone in order to get you online, or just stay at Crown Plaza next door and skip the hassle. "

"Good tidy hotel. About 30min walk from the metro. Across the road from Lord bao Park which was very nice to walk through even after dark when the main are was closed. About 30min walk to the CBD and food streets with great food and atmosphere. Lots of shops downstairs selling massage chairs which were fun to test out. Good breakfast (only Chinese)"
