"Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. "Everything is in good walking distance and the pool was nice. Also the reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. Only complaints were the shower was half broken (probably should have mentioned it to the staff but I couldn’t be bothered) and the bed has probably been slept in by 10,000 people and needs a new mattress. "
