"This property was in a perfect location if you would like to visit Pienza. The restaurant on site - whilst not affiliated with the hotel sits right above the pool so found it a bit awkward leaving the pool and walking through people dining. Their drinks were also so expensive and not worth it - so avoid ordering off them if you are not wanting to spend a lot of money. Otherwise the hotel staff were pleasant and the breakfast was incredible! "

"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."

"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! My major complaint would be - I didn’t like that some clients staying at the hotel would take ownership of the limited tanning beds around the pool, save them with placing a towel on top and leaving the pool area for several hours limiting those staying by the pool by not using such beds to tan and relax.
