"Quad room is average size. Can be a bit bigger for Quad. View is spectacular. Staff friendly. The room showed its age, especially the beds need to be replaced. Breakfast and dinner room may need improvement. There were a few tour groups utilizing this hotel and packed the buffet area. it maybe the reason we didn’t quite enjoy the dinings."

"Very windy location. Main front door is closed and locked due to windy condition. Room is spotless and very luxurious, but privacy curtain outside of bathroom is a bit strange. "You will need a car to stay here, as it is a little ways to any of the Kenting attractions. Google Maps had a problem finding this place -- the location shown was almost correct, but it took us to a small dead-end street on the backside of the BnB/hotel, which did not get us there. The place itself is very nice, clean, new and quiet. Breakfast is not a buffet - you have the choice of a congee meal or a breakfast sandwich (at least when we were there). The owners are very nice. The lady speaks...
