"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. "The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. "The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. "If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow.
