"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. "We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. On hand for any queries throughout our stay, nothing was too much. The only downside was the general location of the Villa. The lane itself was nice but the area it is in was...

"Lovely villa with own pool. Met by owners who couldn't have done more for us. Greeted with wine, bread and mozzarella. Did days out to Capri, Pompeii and palace in Caserta. Lovely to come back to villa at end of the day to relax by the pool."

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "
