"Staff were very helpful and hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had free bikes to explore the town and a free shuttle (that must be booked as they only have one shuttle). Location is quiet and can be easily reached by taking Bus 1 from Locarno. "

Neutral: -Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein war aber für mich in Ordnung. Negativ: - Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen oder ziemlich weich und das Kissen war etwas klein und nicht sehr stützend."

"Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English...

"Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

"Bett und alles war ok alles ist neu und sauber. Einzig die Raumtemperatur war zu kalt (mein Empfinden). Die Temperatur Lies sich auch nicht höcher einstellen. Sie werben mit SPA und Wellness beides kann man nicht brauchen nach 18:30 und das gehört nicht einmal zum Hotel. Kaine Reception "
