When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip. The accommodation is excellent and the food is great. This is how hotels used to be. Totally hands on management. Comfortable rooms. Amenities to enjoy. And a great location.
