"We were put in a room on the third floor, the room itself was clean and well presented, but the outside was in a state of disrepair. There was a panel hanging off the wall, lights not working and lots of walls that needed repair and painting. We reported the issue to be told they could move us the following day, but when we went to reception and spoke to Carlos, he said that this was not possible, only the manager could authorise it but, strangely they were not available!! The location is great, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, only one lift works and the building needs lots of maintenance "

"Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests. "

"Reservamos una habitación en MP con cama matrimonial, al llagar al hotel nos informaron que este tipo de cama no existen en el hotel, solo en las Suites. Nos dijeron que solucionarían el problema poniendo un toper con cremallera, pero solo pusieron una sabana doble, el problema nunca se arregló, nos compensaron con el todo incluido plus. Pero esto no solucionó el problema de la cama que ha sido una verdadera incomodidad. El personal de servicio de restaurantes y bares muy alegres y serviciales. La recepción del hotel un poco menos, supongo por la carga de trabajo...En general la comida esta buena sobretodo en el restaurante La Toscana. Lo demás normalito, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. "
