"It is a good hotel, not too small or not too large. The only concern we had is that the elevator done to the water level is broken, and it is quite a walk getting down there."

"My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help. "Loved my holiday in Antalya while staying at Qinn Hotel. There’s one One thing that made me upset during our stay. During our last night, the staff kept on saying they needed to change our tv to a bigger tv, I declined saying that we don’t use it and it was already late like 8pm. In the end they still did it and me and my company got so upset because we just came back from a 14 hour day trip from pamukkale. Overall, it’s a 9/10 experience. "

"Our stay was generally satisfactory. The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, I encountered a significant issue with the exceptionally thin walls. I was able to discern conversations occurring in adjacent rooms and the sound of children stomping from above, rendering the accommodation not soundproof. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was positive. "

"Lovely hotel, clean and modern. However, the drink in the room mini bar are extortionate, so don't use them. I was in a rush to leave the hotel for the airport and had to wait for them to check my mini bar, so in a hurry I paid the bill (which I believe I was overcharged)and emailed them twice when at home for a breakdown. They have never replied! Also the breakfast was lovely but it was not kept stocked and guests were waiting for cups and food to arrive"

"The Espina was booked as part of a package and we were located in both hotels, the Espina Prive also. The rooms in the Espina were much smaller but had all the requirements needed. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Small bar available with a really convenient store within a minutes walk. "The staff are very professional, extremely friendly polite and willing to help. We had a comfortable stay for a week. We enjoyed the breakfast options. However, only managed to access the swimming pool once due to the limited hours. On the website it stated the pool is available from 8am until 8pm, but it was from 9am until 6pm.
