"The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, it's about 15 minutes walk from the center of Meppel but we were able to rent e-bike from them and that was super convenient. The staff was super helpful, a lot of college aged students, all were English speakers, and they have a good bar and restaurant. The only complaint was the extras from the bar were quite pricey, but overall very good stay"

I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not...
