Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, easy check-in process (although the online check-in option before you arrive didn't work for me). "Excellent central hotel. Near restaurants and beach. Rooms are cone themed. Balcony excellent. Slight downside was very little storage in rooms. Breakfast ok. Quite crowded and basic. Would return next time in Alicante."
