"The property is undergoing referbishment which does affect its overall score but the staff were excellent and the whole trip was cost effective. A point of concern was the thinness of walls as it was possible yo hear noise from adjacent rooms. It is a considerable stroll from the centre of Ali ante but that is why it's reasonably priced.Our small Pomeranian dog was very welcomed into hotel areas."

"Cool apartment hotel I liked it! I have long wanted to find something in the center of Alicante and something new not old. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors. Good soundproofing of the rooms. There is a swimming pool and a recreation area on the roof, but we did not...

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "The studio was very clean and had all you need to be comfortable. There was a bit of a mix up with the room number and the keys, from the “check in system” and we could not get the keys on arrival.
