"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. We are Green & Blue skiers and the slopes are wide and nice to practice on and the queues for chairlifts were very low too. we came in Feb just before English...

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!"

"Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. "

The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating. The hotel is extremely close to the ski slopes with only a 5 minute walk to/from the hotel ski locker. There are individual lockers allocated to your rooms, however there are no ski boot drying...
