Even inside you need your key card to access entrance to your floors as well as rooms. So I thought he security was excellent, you are safe there. "We stayed for 6 nights at Hotel Ve in Mechelen. Our hotel room was a great size with a large shower and seperate toilet. The hotel is really well situated on in the middle of the old town and you can walk everywhere, which is great. We had breakfast included and this was a really good way to start the day. We particularly liked having a fresh omelet cooked each day. Overall the hotel was a great experience"

"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "
