"This is a beautiful hotel. It's always clean, and the customer service is great. My only complaint is that a $72 parking fee on top of the room charge for 3 nights is excessive."

"Our room was very warm when we arrived...had to have engineering come flip a switch inside the ceiling. He said the previous guests must have been too cold so they turned off the refrigerant..something about being the only way to deal with the room when it was too cold...due to miss use by guests. Once the air was corrected, we slept beautifully :)"

"I would definitely stay at this property again! The front desk customer service is always there and the rooms were very clean! Both pool and jacuzzi are heated as well which is nice. Didn’t have a single issue although I do wish the parking was free for customers ($30/night)."

"Excellent option for a Stay in Buena Park and a good option for hotel if you're going to Disneyland : A 20 minute car ride or on this hotel's shuttle (unlike hotels around Disneyland which are way more expensive, most of the them old, where they charge you for parking, a tourist tax - amongst other things- ); staff is incredibly courtious, helpfull, rooms are very clean, easy access to all sorts of food chains, inside the hotel you can get last minute snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc. Very good...
