"The Operla was great! It was fresh. Clean, stylish and the staff was kind and helpful speaking good English. My room was clean, compact and exactly what I needed. My only complaint was I could not control the climate. My room was a little stuffy and never could get the air to come on. I could open the window which helped a little. The breakfast was good and they got me a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend."

"A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them. "

"Rooms are neat. Food good and moderate prices. Staff are excellent especially Serva Dora in the cafe, Betse and Yasin in the reception. Manager of the hotel is very good and treated us with kind hospitality."
