"Beautifully kept property! Organic gardens, a lovely pool area with giant, fall trees above. Lush green grass, entire property is spotless. The rooms in the carriage house were slightly more minimal then expected but the bathrooms even better with heated floors that made the mornings extra cozy in november. "A colleague of mine recommended Stavrand and so I booked it as a birthday getaway-- it was PERFECTION! Everything I wanted and more! This might just need to be an annual tradition. The only flaw was the alarm on our bedside clock going off at 6am(!) BUT I have to say, if that hadn't happened I wouldn't have gotten to sip coffee downstairs in a cozy nook while reading my book and gazing at the foggy redwoods out the big beautiful windows. So I can't complain! We will be back. "

"The cottages are in a great location, super easy to get to any part of Healdsburg on foot and the cottages are equipped with everything you’d need for a good weekend getaway. We stayed in Clementine and enjoyed the sitting room and kitchenette, which made the space feel larger!"

"Loved this inn. The hospitality was wonderful. Liz was the chef on December 26 and everything was superb. She made a persimmon bread that was so moist and tasty. "Everything about our stay was amazing, from the greeting when we arrived, to the care and concern about our comfort. The grounds were very enjoyable with breakfast by the Koi pond, to a full size Bocce ball court surrounded by grape vines. There is also a croquet court, putting green, tennis court and pool: all in a beautiful setting."
