"What a great group of people work at this hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. No rush at the end of breakfast service and even delivered Prosecco to our room on New Year’s Eve and provided free drinks in the roof at midnight. My only complaint is the balcony was barely big enough to fit two chairs let alone two people sit there. This was one of the primary reasons I booked this place.
