"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The room was simple but well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. The villa is located in a hill within the trees above the river. Very quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant was excellent, but was only serving one of the nights we were there because they were hosting a wedding on the weekend. "This property was charming and the staff were all so friendly and attentive! Room was spacious and I do love how the French separate the toilet from the bedroom and shower room! I just wish the tv had more English channels but we did not come there to watch TV anyway! And the hotel was walking distance to small shops and other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! "This hotel is a short walk from downtown Sarlat. Street parking was near-by and easy to find. Our room was a Standard but was luxuriously enormous with great amenities, and a very comfy bed. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, even going to far as to ship back an item I'd left in the room. "

I arrived in the evening after a long journey to find everything closed but for the help of the caretaker I would have been stranded and seriously at risk. I had to find another hotel in Les Eyzies and pay 70 euros for a taxi to get there. "

"Séjour de 7 jours en août, points + endroit très calme sans enfants,dans un chalet sous bois ä l ombre car très chaud,gérants très sympa et accueillant ( des anglais en France depuis 30 ans ), Resto sympa et bon,grande piscines et propre, Point - , aurait besoin d une rénovation, n'a pas eu de soirées spéciales manque de personnel . Dans l ensemble très agréable, pas prévu pour des personnes voulant faire la fête et assez isolé."
