"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "Design Hotel with amazing features and a lot of stairs. Check in is done at sister hotel Blue as well as a champagne breakfast buffet. Wonderful atmosphere access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk from the train station for us. Can't wait to return. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed.
