"This was quite a fancy place to stay, but the room was quite dusty and sticky in places. The restaurant prices are extremely high and is closed on Sundays. There is no pool, spa or sauna, but they have access to a nearby gym for two hours if you fill in a survey and pick up key from Reception. The room did not come with a cot set up, even though we booked a room for 2 adults and an infant (I had to request one and it took a couple of hours to come, so delayed our plans). Great restaurant dining...

"Whilst the accommodation and place itself was lovely we were very disappointed in the food options. The restaurant set menu wasn't to our taste and the bistro had very limited options and if you are vegetarian be happy with char greens and chips. Given Yarra Valley Lodge is out of town I feel more options should be available for different diets. The bistro got very busy because of large groups (who didn't book a table) which made it a very loud place "

"Melanie and the receptionist on the late shift made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even making the TV work when I arrived. - wanted to watch the tennis!. Very impressed with your snack bar at the reception - a suggestion a few ALTERNATIVES for DIABETICS and GLUTEN FREE SUFFERS I went to the recommended restaurant- excellent.
