"Great property Loved the natural pools and large living room. We had Grandma, 3 sons and 7 grandchildren and partners for Grandma's birthday. There was plenty of room to spread out and play board games which was our theme for the weekend We just love spending time away together."

"We loved the house, but noticed in other reviews just minor things that could be better including sliding door is very hard to close and lock. Dog hair on outdoor furniture. Backyard garden was very overgrown and in need of maintenance. We had to duck under small trees to walk on the path and the grass needed whipper snippering. The master bed was incredibly comfortable but the leather fabric was flaking on the bed and it’s well passed it’s used by date. "

"Stayed there because our daughter was getting married in a Yarra Valley vineyard. Close to Healsville. Very quiet location. House compact. New bathrooms, very clean. Great shops in Healsville. Abundant bird life. Lovely trees, especially the maple & rhododendrons. Underfloor heating was great, as it was very cold at night & mornings. "

However, there were a few details that weren’t fully clear from the listing.Communication was minimal, and while the house was left unlocked for us, no keys were provided—even after reaching out to the owner for the lockbox pin. "One in a million location and house. Was the perfect place to stay with the bridal party the night before and after my daughter’s wedding. We all had an amazing time and there was plenty of amazing back drops for photos. Thank you Frank for an unforgettable stay - highly recommended!!!"

"My family spent one night in this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need and we were all very comfortable. We visited the Redwood forest, played games in front of the fireplace & enjoyed the kookaburras outside in the morning. Perfect cozy accommodation for our plans. Thank you Brad & Lisa"

"Lovely accommodation with clean & comfortable beds, clean bathroom & a well-stocked kitchen. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as there were some cobwebs in one bedroom and another web hanging from the rafter in another bedroom!A minor downside was the lack of wifi. I wasn’t able to access my emails (sent at 3am on the day of checkout) for checkout instructions. That wasn’t a big issue but a better idea would be to leave a printed version in the folder on the table."

"Beautiful, comfortable and warm home. Perfect home for a young family and very pet friendly. It was the perfect location for our kids first visit to the snow at Lake Mountain which was only 30min away. Would definitely recommend! "
