Upon arrival, there were two stains on the outdated, cheap hotel which is not up to standard for a hotel listed as 4 stars. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They used our balcony as a storage unit for towels and sheets which we found rude. Although we booked the cheapest room, this is not acceptable. Misleading...
