"We chose this hotel to stay at for Xmas for the facilites. This hotel is not 4 stars, would rate it at 2.5. Most facilities listed either did not work or were closed. No sauna, no spa, no heated pool, no cafe, no deli bar, fitness centre had a couple of machines only. Hamam worked but no lights so could not use. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. "Worst hotel trip ever! No towels in room for 20 hours despite several requests. Wet towels given for sunbeds. Room not clean. Had to wait over 1 hour for enough beds despite not arriving until 9pm when book in time was from 2pm. Food very poor.
