"The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...
