"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The space was extremely comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing. Only downside is I believed that the cooking presentations were mediocre. I thought they could show how sauces were prepared rather than just assembling a meal."

"We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. "You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. "It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. "

"The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted.
