"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

The one let down is the restaurant service it took one hour to serve a our mains dish (no starters), our two year old waited 20mins for soup from the childrens menu which was so hot it took 20minutes more to cool down enough for her to eat it.
