"Very comfortable, room wasn't as nice as last time we stayed last year. No carpet in the room and floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered or mopped in the room. The coffee pods we got more decaf ones then regular. Other than that was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. "

"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. "Fantastic service. Every member of staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. It was good to have soya milk. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is close to the town centre - so very convenient. The rooms are newly refurbished, and the king size rooms are comfortable. "
