"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"My family and I stayed at this hotel the last time we needed services at Cleveland Clinic. We were so happy with our stay at that time that we rebooked for this trip. The receptionist who checked us in was welcoming and kind, and the room was clean. The hotel restaurant has nice options on their menu, and the hotel has a shuttle to the hospital which makes transportation very easy. My family and I are happy to recommend this hotel. "

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious!
