We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. "We were never made aware of the amenities upon check in. And there was no reading material available for review of such. Therefore it was difficult to navigate the restaurant availability. Also, too much smoking on the resort. "

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "

"Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!"

"For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable. "

"Unterkunft, Personal, Umgebung gut bis sehr gut. haben das Hotel bereits gekannt und ist immer noch eine sehr gute Adresse in der Toscana. Sehr schlecht sind die Leistungen von Expedia!! Das Angebot auf Expedia ist bedeutend tiefer als der Preis, den wir schlussendlich bezahlen mussten. Ich hoffe das Expedia diesen Fehler korrigiert zB. in Form einer Rückvergütung. Gruss Dani aus CH"
