The receptionist and waiter were friendly and helpful the evening we arrived. - However next morning when we skipped the full breakfast and asked for coffee and toast at the bar/cafeteria (as arranged with Reception the previous day) we were served very coldly and without a smile, which left us...

"This is not a 4 star property, it's 2 star at most. The property is spotless and the surrounding area is stunning. BUT there is nowhere to lounge and read a book in the sunshine only uncomfortable dining chairs. The bar/restaurant is basic. There is a beautiful courtyard outside the rooms where a simple breakfast could be offered and a coffee machine installed.This place could be fantastic. Some of the staff in the bar made you feel you were an inconvenience. It's such a shame."

"réservation faite ! quand on es arrives ns avons trouve porte close, après avoir téléphone et attendu sur les marches avec un enfant et après un long voyage , une personne est venu ns ouvrir, mais aucune réservation a notre nom alors que la réservation a été confirme et debite de notre compte. après un long moment pour arriver a se comprendre avec la personne qui ns a ouvert elle nous a fait dormir en 2 chambres séparées . Bref mauvaise expérience avec le site de réservation mais hotel super...
