"Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. However, the elevators were a bit outdated and gave off a creepy vibe. The hotel was fully booked with lots of people due to a cheer competition taking place during our visit, causing delays in the elevator service. Several times we had to take the service elevator. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that the floors did not have ice makers, requiring us to request ice from the front desk. "

"Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable room! The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes. "The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I believe the ceilings were 12 feet, which made it feel very open. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror somewhere as the bedroom did not have a dresser or mirror. The bathroom shower was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the access to the building I was in was lengthy. Communication with the stay was excellent."
