"We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"Loved this property, our room and the staff. They have a reservable spa, with hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna. Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience. The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there. Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint."

"I wanted to a romantic, traditional mountain retreat and the Auberge was perfect. Our room had a small garden where we could sit and have a coffee and stare at Mont Blanc and watch the sun and moon light the peaks. The room is cozy and the bathroom has a whirlpool type bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Auberge is up the mountain and we like to walk so loved it. The village center is a 15 minute walk down the hill so you must walk back up the hill lol! "Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "
