We enjoyed being empire club guests concierge went above and beyond and those working in the lounge were fantastic particularly with our two young children. Room was very clean and great to have a proper cot. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and we even got to meet Thor. Great location walking short distance to the park"

"This was a wonderful place to stay—close to train station and Disney, made it super convenient getting to the park and to the airport on the TGV. The beds were comfortable and rooms were modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A good airport hotel close to terminal 4. The room was a good size with adequate storage space and a separate bathroom. A very good buffet style breakfast was included and offered a good choice of hot and cold food. There was also a bar and restaurant serving food and drink in the evening. I would stay here again."

"Mercure Hotels are one of our favourite chains. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are always good quality. The two things I would mention is that both regular milk and non-dairy bottles were filled and refilled without cleaning, so were both sour and the coffee wasn't great quality. It's in a great neighbourhood with lots of amenities and 3 Metro lines. "

The only downside was that the room was too warm at night, though we found that by opening the window for about half an hour before bed made it more manageable."
